… and in the morning we will remember them

Having to get up early has many pains, but it does have a few pleasures.  This is part of my route to the station, and is the war memorial in the churchyard of St Nicholas, Little Bowden at about 6.30 this bright and frosty morning.

    My darling brother in law has his memorial in St Nick’s and my sister in law still attends.
    Vicar’s a bit modern though.

  2. I didn’t realise you had connections with St. Nick’s – which is where I go to evensong. Glad you enjoyed the picture.
